Terms of Service
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Stuhr Solutions ApS and govern your access to and use of FutureScore. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use FutureScore for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
Effective 18 September 2026
The English version controls if a translation conflicts with these terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Translations are provided for convenience.

1. Using FutureScore
FutureScore helps you organise financial information, explore estimates, and understand possible paths toward financial independence. You may use the service for your own personal or internal business purposes and only in accordance with applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into this agreement. We may improve, change, or discontinue features, but we will give reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects a paid service where practicable.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. Keep your login credentials confidential, use reasonable security measures, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from our failure to meet our obligations. You may not transfer or share an account in a way that bypasses applicable plan limits.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Prices, billing periods, included features, taxes, and any automatic renewal will be shown before you purchase. If you choose a renewing subscription, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise. Refunds, withdrawal rights, and cancellation rights required by applicable consumer law always continue to apply.
4. Financial information is not advice
FutureScore provides educational information, calculations, and estimates based on the information available to the service and assumptions that may change. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, pension, or legal advice, and it does not recommend a specific product or transaction. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee future outcomes. Verify important information and obtain advice from a qualified professional before making financial decisions. Investing involves risk, including possible loss.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of information and content you provide. You give Stuhr Solutions ApS a non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve FutureScore and to comply with law. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content. Our handling of personal data is also subject to applicable data-protection law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use FutureScore unlawfully or to harm others. You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, evade security or usage limits, scrape or extract data at scale, impersonate another person, or upload content that infringes another person’s rights. You must not reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits it. Do not submit another person’s sensitive financial information unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.
7. Intellectual property
Stuhr Solutions ApS and its licensors own FutureScore, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and other service content, excluding your content and third-party materials. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service while your account is active. No other rights are granted. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or payment to you.
8. Third-party services
FutureScore may connect to or rely on services supplied by third parties, such as authentication, payment, market-data, or hosting providers. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent acts or availability, but nothing in this section limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using FutureScore and cancel your subscription at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, address non-payment, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will notify you and allow you to remedy the issue. When access ends, your right to use the service ends. Data export, retention, and deletion depend on available product features and legal obligations. Terms that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
10. Service availability and warranties
We use reasonable care and skill in providing FutureScore, but online services may sometimes be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. Except for promises expressly made in these terms and rights that cannot legally be limited, the service is provided as available. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that every estimate will be complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, Stuhr Solutions ApS is responsible for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for losses caused by information you provide, decisions you make using estimates, third-party services outside our control, or events we could not reasonably prevent. If you use FutureScore for business purposes, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings to the extent permitted by law.
12. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, these terms do not remove rights granted to you by mandatory consumer law, including rights relating to digital services, remedies, cancellation, and withdrawal. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory right, that mandatory right applies. Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to FutureScore, our business, security needs, or the law. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes unless an urgent legal or security reason requires a faster change. Changes generally apply from the stated effective date. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service and cancel a renewing subscription before the change takes effect.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. The courts of Denmark have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another country or under another applicable law. If you live in the European Union, you also retain the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. We encourage you to contact us before starting formal proceedings so both sides can try to resolve the dispute.
